MDK MIDDLEWARE: Port RL-ARM CAN projects to CMSIS-RTOS

I have used the CAN component from RL-ARM. Now, I would like to port this to the new MDK Version 5 middleware. Is there any example that I can use as starting point?
Yes, there is an example project that shows that. It is available for download as attachment to this knowledgebase article.
The attachment implements the CAN_Ex1 which shows CAN message sending and receiving with different fixed CAN message IDs.
