ULINK: ULINKPRO DOESN'T DETECT DRIVER

After upgrading from µVision3 to µVision4, when I connect ULINKpro, Windows does not find a ULINKpro driver. Running the UninstallULINK.EXE and then the InstallULINK.EXE from C:\KEIL\ARM\ULINK\ folder does not help.
