ARM: EVALUATION SOFTWARE RETURNS ERROR A9932E, C9932E, L9932E OR Q9932

SYMPTOM

MDK-ARM evaluation software version V3.xx returns one or more of the following error codes when building an application:

• Error: A9932E (Assembler)
• Error: C9932E (Compiler)
• Error: L9932E (Linker)
• Error: Q9932E (Fromelf)

RESOLUTION

Please download and install the latest MDK-ARM evaluation software from the Evaluation Software page.

If you have created a script (e.g. to convert the created AXF file to a HEX or BIN file using fromelf.exe) make sure you are using the latest installed version in \Keil\ARM\BIN40.
