µVISION: GETS R206 ERRORS RUNNING UNDER VISTA

SYMPTOM
When I try to run my batch file that calls the Keil assembler and linker, I receive the following error:
R206: NO REGISTRY ACCESS, ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS REQUIRED
but I am logged in with an Administrators account. What can cause this?
CAUSE
µVision3 requires administrator privileges to access license information. If you have User Account Control enabled in Windows Vista, and you log in as an Administrator, Windows Vista also logs you in as a Standard User. Depending on where your batch file is and how it was set up, Windows could run this using your Standard User logon.
RESOLUTION
Whenever you run your batch file, right click on the icon and select Run as Administrator from the context menu.
