MCBSTR750: FLASH DOWNLOAD WITH ULINK2 FAILS

QUESTION
I am using ULINK2 with a KEIL MCBSTR750 Evaluation Board. When I download my application to Flash ROM µVision reports the error Flash Time Out. The Flash ROM is not programmed correctly. How can I avoid this error?
ANSWER
Please open jumper J1 (NRSTIN) so that the JTAG reset works properly.
Unfortunately some of the MCBSTR750 Evaluation Boards are delivered with a wrong jumper J1 setting. Jumper J1 should not be closed.
The default configuration of the MCBSTR750 should be:
- Jumper J1 - NRSTIN: OFF
- Jumper J2 - VUSB: P2.15
- Jumper BOOT0: GND
- Jumper BOOT1: GND
