MCBSTR9: ADD-ON COMPONENTS FOR CD 06.2006

QUESTION

I just received an MCBSTR9 Board but the Flash download fails. What is wrong?

ANSWER

There was a last minute change in the Flash algorithm. There is also a newer version of the STR9 Software Library available and a number of example projects for the MCBSTR9 board.

The download file attached to this knowledgebase article contains these updates. To update your PC, do the following:

1. Download the attached file.
2. Close µVision, if it is open.
3. Extract this file to your Keil Tool installation folder. If you used the default case during installation, this folder is: C:\KEIL\.
4. Restart µVision.
