MCB2140: SOME PINS DO NOT PROVIDE HIGH VOLTAGE

QUESTION

I have a problem on the MCB2140 board. The pins P0.2, P0.3, P0.11, and P0.14 do not seem to provide a high level. It looks like they do not drive high. Is there something connected on the MCB2140 Board? Is this a known issue?

ANSWER

The pins P0.2, P0.3, P0.11, and P0.14 are open drain and do not drive high to the pin.
