LICENSE: CAN I USE A FLOATING LICENSE OFF-LINE?

QUESTION

I understand that I can Check Out a Floating-User License for use on a notebook workstation.  Once I do this, does this workstation have to be connected to the network while the license is checked out?

ANSWER

No. Once a Floating-User License is checked out, µVision does not require that workstation to be connected to a network. You may use the notebook workstation off-line.
