GENERAL: WINDOWS COMPATIBILITY: ARM, C166, C251, and C51 tools
Are the ARM, C166, C251, and C51 development kits compatible with Windows XP, Windows XP64, Windows Vista(32-bit or 64-bit), or Windows 7(32-bit or 64-bit), etc.?
Yes. The majority of our customers use these operating systems. We have not experienced any major difficulties running under these operating systems.

Before releasing a Keil µVision update, we tested that
update against the current Windows OS of the time.
Note: Since April 2014 Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP, so Windows XP and Windows XP64 are no longer listed as supported Operating Systems.
Older versions of the Keil tools may act odd, e.g. not start or behave strangely, if used on a Windows OS different than the ones Keil Support initially tested with.
