QUESTION

I just licensed PK51 V7.01 and installed it. I have a folder named RTX_TINY and another folder named RTXTiny2 in the \KEIL\C51\ folder.

Which one of these folders really contains RTX51 Tiny?

ANSWER

Version 1.06 and Version 2.0 BETA 1 of RTX51 Tiny are included in PK51 V7.01.

• The \KEIL\C51\RTX_TINY\ folder contains RTX51 Tiny Version 1.06.
• The \KEIL\C51\RTXTINY2\ folder contains RTX51 Tiny Version 2.0 Beta 1.

Projects you create with RTX51 Tiny V1.06 are fully compatible with RTX51 Tiny V2.0. RTX51 Tiny V1.06 will no longer be included once RTX51 Tiny 2.0 is out of Beta Test.
