C166: ERROR C1 (MISPLACED PRIMARY CONTROL LINE)

I just updated to C166 V4.22 and now i got the following compiler error.:

Error C1: Misplaced Primary Control Line

My project was building fine in the previous C166 V4.20. Is this a problem with the compiler?

Yes. It is a problem which has been corrected in C166 V4.23. You may download the latest updates from the Keil Website.
