QUESTION

I am using a Silicon Labs C8051F010 chip and want to write a bootloader that provides In-System Programmable (ISP) of program memory either upon reset or upon reception of a re-flash command. I know that I must use the JTAG for the initial virgin chip download of my program code with the ISP included. What sources of information are available for writing the ISP code with the Keil C compiler?

ANSWER

The Silicon Labs web site contains AN012 - C8051F0XX Bootloader Considerations and Example and associated software for Keil µVision C51 v6.10.
