µVISION: VIEWING HIGH LEVEL SOURCE CODE IN LIBRARIES

Information in this article applies to:

  • C166 Version 4.03

QUESTION

I have built a library which contains all the debug information. I have also built a project that uses the library.

When I debug the project linked with my library, I cannot see the C source code of the functions in my library--all I see is assembly code.

Is there something I need to do to make this work?

ANSWER

Yes. You must use C166 Version 4.05 or higher. You may download the latest updates from the Keil Website.

After you download and install the update you will be able to view the C source code of your library functions.
