We have a PK51 Professional Developer's Kit v5.1. We also have a DK51 Developer's Kit v5.5.

Is it possible to use RTX51 Tiny from the PK51 v5.1 with the DK51 v5.5 compiler and linker? If so, what are the differences between RTX51 Tiny shipped with each compiler version?

There are no differences between the RTX51 Tiny shipped with C51 v5.1 and C51 v5.5. It is the same version. So yes, you may use RTX51 Tiny shipped with C51 v5.1 with the latest version of the compiler and linker.
