ModBus Protocol Library supported by Keil uVision

Tecnologix, the Keil distributor in Italy have introduced MODLIB, a Modbus Master and Slave software library providing the capability to make your embedded system communicate with a Modbus network.

MODLIB supports both ASCII and RTU protocols on RS-232C and RS-485 serial lines, plus Modbus/TCP protocol over Ethernet.

MODLIB is written in C and is available for C166, XC166, and ARM7™ processor-based microcontrollers using Keil development tools and the µVision® Integrated Development Environment.

µVision provides tightly integrated tool support for MODLIB with RealView® MDK and PK166™ development tools. MODLIB makes extensive use of the Keil real-time components such as RTX real-time kernel and TCP/IP networking suites available in RL-ARM and ARTX166™.
