Numerix add µVision Support to SigLib™ DSP Library
Numerix Ltd. today announced that the SigLib™ Digital Signal
Processing (DSP) library has been extended to support the ARM®
architecture through the Keil µVision toolset. This extension
brings DSP capabilities to a range of ARM devices that are
increasingly being used in embedded and real-time applications.
Embedded ARM devices are finding sweet spots in many real-time
applications that require the integration of signal processing
functionality. Applications as diverse as servo loop control and
broadband communications can now be implemented on the embedded core
rather than requiring an additional, external, co-processor. Adding
support for the Keil toolset to SigLib allows the embedded design
engineer to consider a wider choice of architectural options while
the portability of SigLib means that their application code will
never become redundant.
