Overview
The Infineon Technologies 8-bit (C500, C800, and XC800) and 16-bit (XC16x and C16x) device families combine high-performance and robust peripherals with highly integrated microcontroller cores to meet a wide range of performance requirements.- XC16x/C16x
Infineon 16-bit devices include high-performance and a wide variety of peripherals with an extremely efficient microcontroller. Keil tools generate very fast, small programs for these parts. OCDS (on-chip debugging system) is available on many devices and is supported by the Keil ULINK USB-JTAG Adapter. - C500/C800/XC800
The Infineon C500, C800, and XC800 devices provide unique features found in few other 8051-compatible devices.
