Fujitsu FM3 Overview
The Fujitsu FM3 family is a series of 32-bit general purpose microcontrollers based on the ARM® Cortex™-M3 processor. They are all fully supported by the Keil development tools.
The Fujitsu device families inlcude:
- MB9B500 - high-performance MCU with CAN, and USB.
- MB9B400 - low power consumption with USB.
- MB9B300 - features built-in USB.
- New! MB9A310 - integrated USB Host/device and upto 512KB Flash.
- MB9B100 - features motor control timers, ADCs, and Communication interfaces.
- New! MB9A110 - upto 512KB Flash.
- MB9A100 - low power consumption MCUs with LCD controller and USB.

Development Tools
The Fujitsu FM3 families are fully supported by the Keil development tools which provide a completete development environment for creating, debugging and verifying embedded applications.

- ULINKpro Debug and Trace Unit
