Fujitsu FM3 devices

The Fujitsu FM3 family is a series of 32-bit general purpose microcontrollers based on the ARM® Cortex™-M3 processor. They are all fully supported by the Keil development tools.

The Fujitsu device families inlcude:

  • MB9B500 - high-performance MCU with CAN, and USB.
  • MB9B400 - low power consumption with USB.
  • MB9B300 - features built-in USB.
  • New! MB9A310 - integrated USB Host/device and upto 512KB Flash.
  • MB9B100 - features motor control timers, ADCs, and Communication interfaces.
  • New! MB9A110 - upto 512KB Flash.
  • MB9A100 - low power consumption MCUs with LCD controller and USB.
