Read-Only Author Rainer Kuhn Posted 10-May-2007 09:49 GMT Toolset None | ULINK2 suddenly doesn't connect to PC anymore Rainer Kuhn Hello, I'm working with the ULINK2 and MDK-ARM Version 3.04. I used the ULINK2 since January this year and it worked fine the whole time. Two days ago I wanted to continue my work and attached the ULINK2 to the MCB2300 board that I recieved from a colleague to download a hexfile. But it failed because the µVision IDE doesn't recognize the ULINK2 and stopped the process. I tried to find the reason an checked everything. But don't have any idea anymore what could be wrong. So here the things I already checked to find the error: 1. I checked the cables -> OK 2. only the USB led is on after I attached the Ulink to PC 3. The Ulink isn't displayed in the windows device manager Has anyone an idea what to do? Thanks Rainer | | Read-Only Author Guillaume REMOND Posted 14-May-2007 15:33 GMT Toolset ARM | RE: ULINK2 suddenly doesn't connect to PC anymore Guillaume REMOND same problem... Please give us solution and tell to Keil to fix this serious bug. | | Read-Only Author Reinhard Keil Posted 15-May-2007 07:31 GMT Toolset ARM | RE: ULINK2 suddenly doesn't connect to PC anymore Reinhard Keil ULINK2 is listed as Human Interface Device, see: http://www.keil.com/support/docs/3266.htm. Also let us know if the problem still exists when ULINK2 is not connected to target hardware. | | Read-Only Author Per Westermark Posted 15-May-2007 07:53 GMT Toolset ARM | RE: ULINK2 suddenly doesn't connect to PC anymore Per Westermark Note the extra dot at the end of the link above. | | Read-Only Author Rainer Kuhn Posted 15-May-2007 09:01 GMT Toolset ARM | RE: ULINK2 suddenly doesn't connect to PC anymore Rainer Kuhn Hello, first thanks for your support. @Rheinhard Keil: The ULINK2 isn't displayed in the windows device-manager anymore, neither as USB device nor as Human Interface Device. The problem also occured if the ULINK2 isn't connected to the target hardware. As far as I know we send the ULINK2 already back to Keil to solve the issue. Thanks for your help. | |
