 JTAG communication failour

Hello,everyone i am using MCB2140 board from keil.when i start debugging using Ulink it will show the message that "could not stop arm decive.please check Jtag cable". but it works fine for philips flash tools. when i simulate code using simulator and then after using philips flash utility it will works fine.SO can nayone help me on this topic.documents avialable for this problem on keil web, i have read it and followed it but it is not working.

There are several reasons why JTAG does not work.

Try to use slower JTAG clock say 100k and/or try with different combination.

Thanks dude. Slowing the JTAG frequency was the solution for me.
