 PROBLEMS WITH 89LPC932

Hi!!! I bought a kit MCB900 , however I had some problems. I accidentally erase flash and all the memory of the kit. I would like to know what I must make to fix this kit 89lpc932(MCB900). In the program "flashmagic", appears this message : UNABLE TO CONNECT AT THE SPECIFIED BAUD RATE.TRY REDUCING THE BAUD RATE.RESET THE HARDWARE INTO ISP MODE AGAIN.
If I to use the program uvison2, it normally functions when generating the archive of *. hex, however when trying to make download appears this message :
CONNECTION FAILED: UNABLE TO CONNECT(NO RESPONSE FROM DEVICE).
ERASE FAILED : NOT CONNECTED (DEVICE).
