Hallo. I have the problem that my ULINK does not work with µVision 3. I installed ULINK without any problems but everytime when I want to connect I get the error: NO USB DEVICE FOUND but an other testprogram find ULINK at one of my COM ports. So ULINK have no problem. What installations I need for that ULINK works with µVision?
You should make sure, that you have installed C166 V6.04. Before reinstalling, please detach your ULINK from USB.
The problem is, that the ULINK file at the Device Manager.

Does the ULINK appear under Device Manager - Universal Serial Bus controllers - ULINK? What is displayed in the Properties box? Typically under Device status you should find:

No I have no entry. But when I use a other program not µVision I have access to ULINK and I can program my controller. I can't program my controller with the feature "Load" or "Start/Stop debugg session". This means that I can't use any breakpoints when I want to search a fail at my programm.
So it looks like the system does not detect the ULINK at all when you connect it. What I mean is: you should not connect ULINK to the target hardware, just to the PC via a USB cable.

Looks like the ULINK is dead. You should contact your distributor to get a replacement.
When I use the program fload I can connect to ULINK. Also ULINK shines like a chrismas tree.
program fload? Who provides that?
