I am using "SAVE" command to save an array. But I am getting error that "SAVE command is not allowed while emulation is running".
I am using Hitex SLE90 Emulator and KeilArm SDK V5.17for debugging purpose.
So don't do that, then!

Please note even though I am here now on my downtime, most of the time this forum is NOT monitored by anyone working for Keil, and instead community driven.
Using Smart cards and emulators is probably beyond the scope of this forum community.
I suggest you follow these steps:

Something as involved as this would be better handled through that channel.
Also, you are using an old version of the Keil tools.
You might try this pre-release and see if it works better for you.
