Not able to use gcc in keil microvision 4

Hi,

Iam trying to compile a project using gcc in keil microvision 4. I follow the steps as required (changing compiler settings and path in Manage Components tab). But i get the error

Build target 'Target 1'
assembling startup_SAM4S.s...
--- Error: failed to execute 'arm-none-eabias'
Target not created

Please let me know if i need to consider anything/ any plugin installation to shift to gcc compiler.
