Hello I am using LPC2000 flash utility for ISP programming to LPC 2214. crystal oscillator i am using is 4Mhz and baud rate is 4800. Actually it is very slow for one time programming it requires 10 min to upload my code, and using higher baud rate i am not able to upload the code. Can you please tell me how will increase the baud rate so that it will read my device.

If you were resourceful perhaps you could just download a smaller ISP loader of your own, get the processor into a maximal mode, and then use a faster baud rate and protocol to send the bulk of your code?
Which isp loader i should try, please can u tell me.
