I'm using the Dallas 87C520 device, but am unable to run the Hello World sample application, unless I specify that I have external ROM at an address of 0x4000 or greater. Why can I not just place the application in the internal ROM of the chip?

Why can I not just place the application in the internal ROM of the chip? The evaluation tools have sucha limitation.
