i am new in the field of controllers..... i have some doubts to ask....
The crystal which we are using ..its made up by which material?
Why we use capacitor with crystal in microcontroller circuit?
Ever tried to google for any crystal FAQ?
Or would that give too much information?
It isn't too uncommon that the term quartz crystals is used. That should give you an idea. Of course, there could be other piezoelectric materials used.
Why have burden capacitors? Not sure it can be answered unless you already know a bit about resonance circuits. Now would be a good idea to look at them nice crystal faqs available.
Also new in the field of electronics?

but as we know...property of piezoelectric materials(crystals)....
when we give electrical voltage to it.....it will give mechanical vibrations as an output......so how we are giving this mechanical output as a clock to our microcontroller ????/
We aren't.
The mechanical vibrations affect the electrical properties.

Quartz crystal oscillators were developed for high-stability frequency references during the 1920s and '30s - there is nothing new or ground-breaking here!
Any decent electronics textbook should cover it, and there's plenty of stuff online.
