 ULINK2 JTAG Comunication Error, when external Watchdog timer IC is enabled on board

The ULINK JTAG shows communication Error when communicating with the board . The LPC2214 board having External Watchdog timer IC on board .
Initially communication starts and after some time the Watchdog timer (WDT) will reset the board .

Running watchdogs are not really compatible with JTAG interfaces. See if there is a strap to kill the watchdog - or if you can remove a resistor or manually force a signal high or low.
