 Windows XP Locks up regularly when using ULink

I'm using uVision3 V3.62c on a Windows XP PC with Service Pack 3.

Frequently now when I'm using the ULINK to debug an LCP2368 on a custom PCB my PC has been locking up as soon as I hit "Start Debug Session" after compiling. It will work sometimes.

The ULINK is connected to the PC through a B&B Isolated hub (UISOHUB4).

The problem used to be pretty rare, once a month or so. I can't pinpoint what changed has I haven't been using this PC with the ULINK for several months. But now the problem is occurring once or twice a day.
