New! Couldn't stop ARM device, Please check the JTAG cable

Hi all,

I am using AT91M42800A controller (ARM7TDMI core) and M29W040 ST flash memory. I tried to download into flash using keil. But it is giving "Couldn't stop ARM device, Please check the JTAG cable". I tried 3 different boards. But it is giving same problem.

Please suggest the solution.
