 project menu is sometime not working in uvision3 license copy

I am using uvision3 licence copy on windows 98 for about last 2 years.Since last week,intermittantly,when clicked on project menu,there is no dropdown window.So,I used to close Uvision & restart.When done this 2 times,third time it becomes operational.But since today,this is also not working.Therefore,
I am not able to do any activity related to project.
Kindly advise.

uVision3 is not designed for Windows 98. It requires Windows 2000/XP/Vista.
