i am using "arm evaluation version" downloaded from keil site but i am not able to run sample program of Keil original version ... i am getting an error message
"building up RAM assembling startup.s... ---Error :failed to execute 'c:\evalarm\arm\inc\ArmAsm' target not created "
i wish to know is there any solution for it..

Have you checked your c:\evalarm\arm\inc\ folder to confirm that it does contain ArmAsm.exe?
"inc" sounds a bit suspicious for a folder meant to contain executables...
please check your installation. You may download a new Eval Version from http://www.keil.com/demo.
