New! LPC2378 Battery Backup RAM

I have written a program that writes into the Battery RAM of LPC2378.
When ever i try to write anything to this RAM Area i am getting the error-

" Data Abort: ARM Instruction at 00000B34H, Memory Access at E0084000H "

I can also cannot change values in the Memory Window of the µVision Debugger.
But i can successfully write in the on-chip RAM of 32K with no prob.
I am using Keilb µVision 3 Debugger.

Any help in this regard is highly awaited.

Are you using the simulator or the target hardware?

If it is the simulator, we are aware of that problem. Please send email to support.intl@keil.com.

If it is the hardware, note that there is an hardware issue too. See: http://www.keil.com/support/docs/3372.htm
