ARM7 JTAG connection problem

I am working on LPC2366 microcontroller. I have devloped one prototype board . First time after power up i am able to connect to the microcntroller through ULINK2. But after dumpping a test program into the microcontroller I have not able to connect to it second time . Somebody can provide me some help on how to solve this issue,or what hould i look into
