 JTAG Communication Failure / With ISP no erase of flash possible

Hello,

I'm using the MCB2130 evaluation board from Keil and the ULINK2 to program it. After I loaded my first program down to the MC I recognized that it wasn't really working and so I decided to reload it. The reload didn't work. I got the message "JTAG Communication failure". I guess that I set some pins wrong. Maybe these which are used by JTAG and so I maybe deactivated it. Now I read that it's possible to reset the flash with the serial interface. I've tried to use the program flash magic. But here I got the next problems. The program couldn't read the device signature and so on it wasn't possible to erase flash. Now I have no real idea what else could be done. I hope someone can help me.
