ethernet accessing

this is sandeep
i am doing project based on MCBXC167 board. i want to know how to receive data from ethernet.

in my projct i hav to receive data from ethernet from pc and change some of the info in the data and send it through serial port

how to access the frames recieved on ethernet

is there any books which gives info abt c167.

one more question
i didnt find ar166.h file in my software..
where can i get it.
