flash download failed-target DLL has been cancelled

Hi
I have tried to use PLL. i think i have wrongly configured the PLL. now im unable to download flash with ULINK2.
Following message is there every time i try to download flash from my u Vision3 IDE version 3.04.
"Error:lash download failed-target DLL has been cancelled"
help me to get out from this problem. MCU is LPC2366.
n development board is MCB2300.

Please recover the device using FlashMagic. In the on-line verison of the user's guide, the configuration for FlashMagic is documented:

FlashMagic has an erase command that clears the content of the on-chip Flash ROM.

Sir,
I have tried to erase the chip with flash magic according to setting given in the link provided by you. But there is communication failure between MCB 2300 and PC. i am using a cross cable for the connection of PC and MCB2300.

Communication is also failed on another working MCB2300 board. what should i do now.
