Need Custom Bootloader for AT89C51ED2

I need the low level routines that can be used as a custom bootloader program for In Application Programming of AT89C51ED2. The problem arising is that I've used Atmel Bootloader to program my device using IAP, but my device communicates on RS485 network and I need to set or clr the Enable Bits of RS485 Transceiver (75176) to change to modes of it, and this changing is not possible in Atmel Bootloader. Please help in this regards.
