Flash Programming

How can one generate the flash.ini and flash_debug.ini files, these files are needed to download the flash and to debug, and also they must have the same memmory values that the startup file. Manually is not the better way to create these files, it must exist an automatic way to gerenerate them.

With the Configuration Wizard in teh context menu I can only change the Memory Security Keys and Flash Protection Keys.
