RL-ARM source code questions

I'm not getting answers through other channels, so I'll ask here.

Is the source code provided for both the rtos and tcp/ip stack? Since there is no SSL/TLS option, are the interfaces open enough that 3rd party security code could be added? Or are there plans to offer SSL or IPsec at some time in the future?

Finally, is the licensing a one time fee, or is there a fee per product developed, or other royalty scheme?
