Program hanging at start up

Hi all,

I am using philips LPC2132 device. My problem is at power on some time the system is hanging. Even watch dog is not resetting. I have written watch dog at first in the main function. i have tried with WDT in start up file. Then also the problem is happening.
This is happening some times only.
Can any body have any idea.

get rid of the RC reset.
