How to Program External Memory for C167CR-LM

 How to Program External Memory for C167CR-LM

I am working on C167CR-LM and as this is ROM-less, external memory needs to be interfaced with.Can anyone help me with this?
As i am new to this domain ,anything abt programming external memory will do.
