MCBSTR9 Eval board

Can anyone make it work? Right out of the box (after the update download) the ARM tools seem to assemble/compile/link the example project (blinky) and ULINK tools seem to erase and download properly, but the board does NOTHING! I can't even blink an LED. Anyone else had issues? FYI this is the evaluation copy of RealView that came with the Eval Kit.

I am able to erase and download to flash and the IDE says application is running, but a simple program that blinks LEDs doesn't blink LEDs.

It works! but they haven't told me what they had to change. They did state however, that they were able to reproduce the exact problem there in Chicago. Apparently there are some setup options that are wrong out of the box for the blinky projects. What is the difference between blinky in the ST folder vs. blinky in the Keil folder? How come there are so many blinky projects?
