VirtualCOM Windows 10 Driver Problem MIMRX1050

Hello,

I am using the MIMRX1050-EVK board and am trying to use the VirtualCOM example on Keilv5. My code builds with no errors and I can download it to flash but I can't get the Virtual COM Port to work. I installed the provided inf file to create a new port on my windows 10 x64 system but I keep getting this error in the device status:

"This device cannot start. (Code 10) The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device."

I successfully get the new port, "IMXRT1050 USB VCOM Port", to appear in my device manager but has a warning symbol next to it because of the error.
I have read on other Keil VirtualCOM threads that the provided evkb-imxrt1050-vcom_amd64.cat and evkb-imxrt1050-vcom_x86.cat will not work on windows 10 x64. Any help is appreciated.
