Configuration for STM32F103FXC8T6 (Manage Run-Time Environment) ?

Hello,

I am using:-
(1) uVision V5.25.2.0
(2) STM32F103FXC8T6

Question:-
For USART,
from Manage Run-Time Environment,
should I use
(a) CMSIS Driver -> USART (API) "OR"
(b) Device -> StdPeriphDrivner -> USART "OR" "OR"
(c) both (a) and (b)?

It will be nice if someone can explain the reason too.
