Hello Everyone, I'm facing some misunderstanding here. I was trying to view some Global variables in Logic Analyzer with my STM32F429 with ST-Link. The Logic analyzer returns Unknown signal. I don't know why I searched for this but everyone using link pro, not st-link. Anyone help me to figure out this...?
The documentation for the Logic Analyser:
www.keil.com/.../uv4_db_dbg_logicanalyzer.htm
refers to restrictions listed here:
www.keil.com/.../uv4_db_dbg_logicanalyzer_restrictions.htm
which says:
"The Logic Analyzer can record changes of Up to four global program variables, including struct members (requires SWO trace)"
So does your STLink have SWO trace, and is it correctly configured ?
Thanks for the information Andrew Neil. If you don't mind can you give me additional info about the SWO trace in ST-Link.
That's a question for ST - nothing to do with Keil.
What does the STLink documentation tell you ?
I read it. it works, there is no popup like unknown signal. But what's new is Trace says No Synchronization. Is there any hardware changes that I have to be done before running the code?
