Device 'STMicroelectronics::STM32L152RE' is not supported by Toolchain ! ***.

I get the following error Error: *** Project 'Lora', Target 'sx1276mb1mas', Device 'STMicroelectronics::STM32L152RE' is not supported by Toolchain ! ***. when I build the target even though the package installer shows keil arm compiler, keil MDK middleware ,etc as up to date.
