I've purchased MCBSTM32C (Started kit) from an online distributor for our learning purpose to develop skills on the firmware(STM32C controller).
Initially, it was working fine but for the past days, the device is not communicating with the KEILv5 software to flash the code.
It is showing "SWD communication error". So, I tried to fix the issue but still not working.
Please guide me how to solve this error.

Tried pulling the BOOT0 pin high? Tried connecting under reset? Tried not reconfiguring the PA13/PA14 pins?
So what debug probe are you using - ST-Link? uLink? other ... ?
