I got this message please can anyone tell how to solve it or what is the prob ?

code.axf would be the file that you're trying to debug.
uVision is telling that it cannot load that file.
Therefore, clearly, it's not going to be possible to debug.
So the debugger is aborted.
Could be the file didn't build completely, did the build report errors? Did the download fail when it couldn't find a debugger or couldn't connect to the target?

How do you expect anyone to remotely debug your problem when you don't provide all the information?!

IF you don't know - when you have everything right there in front of you - how can you expect anyone else to know when we can't see what's happening, have no idea what you're doing, or what your software is, or what chip you have, or what debugger you have, or how it's supposed to be connected to your target, or anything else?!
Don't you have any teachers or colleagues or supervisors locally who can help you?
