Load cell Cortex M3

Hello, I am new in this forum.
Please, I have a technical doubt and I expect to learn if it´s possible

I am working on an industrial filling machine for propane (LPG gas)
100kg max capacity and 50gr min resolution, load cell C3 class 350 ohms

ACTUAL CONFIG.AN TESTING
I am working with ARM Cortex M3 (Cypress PSOC5 unit) CREATOR IDE
and a AD623/INA128 and INA333 instrumentation amplifiers

-I have a ferrite in the load cell cable (2m long)
-then at first stage I filter the AC 50/60Hz signal from the load cell
-then a second LP filter at 5Hz cut off frequency.
-signal enters the programmable ADC input(up to 20bit Delta Sigma )of PSOC5 unit.

Is this the correct? or anyone recommends me another configuration or components quality or lower tolerances?

SECOND OPTION

Is a dedicated ADC, prog. gain unit as Analog Devices AD7730 or Cirrus Logic CS5532 a better and accurate option?

If the response is yes, anyone has a C sample code for CS5532 or AD7730?

Thank you for your attention.
